Gio Bernard had another productive day in helping the Cincinnati Bengals upset the Tennessee Titans 31-20 on Sunday.

Before Sunday’s game, Bernard had 25 rushes on the season for 66 yards. In his second game starting in place of the injured Joe Mixon, Bernard ran 15 times for 62 yards and a touchdown in addition to catching three Joe Burrow passes for 16 yards and a touchdown.

Bernard slipped through the middle of the line for a 12-yard scoring run late in the second quarter. He caught a six-yard flip pass from Burrow with 7:30 left to all but put the game away.

Eric Ebron and the unbeaten Pittsburgh Steelers just keep rolling along. Ebron was targeted five times and pulled down four catches for 48 yards and a touchdown. The 7-0 Steelers are the NFL’s only undefeated team after beating the rival Baltimore Ravens 28-25 on Sunday.

Ebron said after the game that the Steelers made the right adjustments to get the victory.

In the Carolina Panthers’ 25-17 home loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, Tre Boston played every defensive snap, collecting six tackles, two assists and had one tackle for a loss.

Mitch Trubisky finally got off the bench for the first time since Nick Foles replaced him at quarterback in the third quarter of the Chicago Bears’ Week 3 road victory over the Atlanta Falcons. It was a small role, though.

He took a snap as a wildcat quarterback in the first quarter and rushed for three yards. Trubisky was averaging 5.8 yards per carry in his career before Sunday and now has nine carries for 90 yards on the season.

In the Buffalo Bills’ big 24-21 victory over the New England Patriots, linebacker Andre Smith made his season debut after being elevated from the practice squad last week. He had two tackles.
