The ACC Network’s series “3-Day Weekend,” which travels to the league’s college towns to give viewers a taste of the best they offer, will spotlight Chapel Hill in its next episode.
“3-Day Weekend: Chapel Hill” debuts at 9:30 p.m. Friday, featuring host Jess Roy touring the best of the town.
The show will include visits to Franklin Street, the Carolina Basketball Museum and the Morehead Planetarium.
You’ll hear from Carolina legends such as Hall of Fame women’s soccer coach Anson Dorrance, soccer legend Heather O’Reilly and basketball great Phil Ford.

Also debuting Friday at 10 p.m. after the Chapel Hill episode is an episode that spotlights N.C. State and Raleigh.
Charlotte-based Susie Films produces the series.
