The second ACC/SEC Challenge on the men’s side will feature a rematch of last season’s Sweet 16 matchup with Alabama.
The Crimson Tide will visit Carolina during the Challenge on Wednesday, Dec. 4. It will be the second consecutive season that UNC has hosted a Challenge game after beating Tennessee 100–92 in the inaugural event.
The Tide, which ended UNC’s season in Los Angeles at the West Regional with an 89–87 victory, will feature former Rutgers center Cliff Omoruyi (top photo), who picked Alabama over Carolina, Kansas State and Georgetown.
