Carolina’s much-anticipated opener by the numbers

College football game will be played Monday night: UNC’s opener against TCU at 8 p.m. on ESPN. It will be the focus of the college football world.

Losses in two head coaching debuts for Bill Belichick, losing 26–14 to the Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 1, 1991, in his Cleveland Browns debut and 21–16 on Sept. 3, 2000, to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in his New England Patriots debut.
