Bang bang: Manek heats up Down Under with 11 3s, 46 points in last two games

The bang bang of silky-smooth Brady Manek 3-pointers works just as well Down Under, as he is starting to heat up after a slow start to his season. In the last two games, he’s combined to score 46 points and go 11 of 15 from 3-point range. In no coincidence, his Perth Wildcats have won two consecutive games after losing their previous five.

Manek settling in Down Under, scores 15 in his first game

Brady Manek has been in Australia for a few weeks and made his National Basketball League debut Sunday in a preseason game. Manek scored 15 points and pulled down five rebounds in 21 minutes of his Perth Wildcats’ 97–91 victory over the Adelaide 36ers. He was 6 of 15 from the floor but couldn’t find the range from the perimeter, missing all seven 3-point field-goal attempts.
