If you want to watch Carolina’s men’s basketball games this weekend and next weekend, you’ll have to find your local station that’s part of The CW Network.
Saturday’s game at the Smith Center against Stanford and next Saturday’s home game against Boston College will be on the network. Both tip off at 2:15 p.m.
With the 2:15 starts, the noon games (Clemson at Pittsburgh this Saturday and the SMU at N.C. State next Saturday) are much less likely to run so long, forcing viewers to miss the start of the Carolina games. That often happens with ESPN and ACC Network broadcasts because games are slotted into two-hour windows.
Play-by-play announcer Thom Brennaman and analyst Mike Gminski will be on the call, just as they were earlier in the season when the Tar Heels’ 93-67 victory over La Salle game aired on The CW, which also aired three Carolina football games last season.
It’s been since Dec. 14 when the Tar Heels were on the network, so some fans may still need a reminder of where to find it.

If your TV provider doesn’t offer The CW, your best bet is to use an antenna to get the game over the air. If that isn’t an option, you can always listen to the call from play-by-play announcer Jones Angell and analyst Tyler Zeller on the Tar Heel Sports Network.
