RJ Davis scored 14 points Saturday in the first of his two games at G League Elite Camp in Chicago. Davis was 5 of 9 from the floor and missed both 3-point attempts with two rebounds, two assists and a turnover as his Team One beat Team Two 89–85 at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago.

Armando Bacot’s G League double-double streak ended, but his perimeter shooting assault began on Sunday. Bacot scored multiple 3-pointers once during his Carolina career (two against Notre Dame on March 5 in his final UNC home game) but fired in four 3-pointers on six attempts in his Memphis Hustle’s 90–85 win at Texas.

Bacot, four other UNC alums NBA teams waived in G League training camps

All five former Carolina players who NBA teams waived before the regular season started are on the training camp rosters for those teams’ G League affiliates.
