Cade Tyson has entered the transfer portal after only one season at North Carolina, according to multiple reports. The transfer from Belmont came in with the reputation of being an excellent 3-point shooter but only made 14 of 48 attempts on the season — five of those in one game — and shot 29.2% as a junior at UNC after shooting 46.5% the previous season.

Jalen Washington transferring to Vanderbilt
North Carolina center Jalen Washington will transfer to Vanderbilt for his final college season, according to On3.com. He’ll reunite with former UNC teammate Tyler Nickel, who will be a rising senior next season after coming to the Commodores last offseason from Virginia Tech.
7–0 Veesaar transferring from Arizona to UNC
North Carolina couldn’t lure a top-line center last offseason but already has one 11 days after the transfer portal opened this offseason.
Former Arizona center Henri Veesaar (pronounced “VAY-sar”), a 7–0, 235-pound Estonian who visited the UNC campus on Wednesday two days after entering the portal, will transfer to Carolina, ESPN’s Jonathan Givony reported Friday. He has two seasons of remaining eligibility.
Louisville forward Harris transferring to UNC

Jonathan Powell, sharpshooting 6–6 guard from West Virginia, transferring to UNC
Coach Hubert Davis wanted a taller team and took a good step toward doing that with the first guard he snagged from the transfer portal.
Jonathan Powell, a former West Virginia 6–6, 191-pound guard, picked UNC over Ole Miss and Ohio State, according to multiple reports, including one that Powell retweeted.
